Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Presales Solutions Lead specializing in Banking and Financial Services to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving presales activities, crafting innovative solutions, and fostering strong client relationships within the banking and financial sector.
Responsibilities:
Lead the presales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for banking and financial services clients.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, market trends, and competitor landscapes to design compelling proposals and presentations.
Drive solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops to showcase the value proposition effectively.
Act as a subject matter expert in banking technology solutions, including platforms like Pega, Appian, Salesforce, SAP, and others.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and existing clients to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
Provide thought leadership in the industry, staying abreast of emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles within the banking and financial services domain.
Knowledge of BFS Core Platforms like Temenos, Oracle, Finacle will be added advantage
Deep understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
