We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Training Lead to build the next generation of e-commerce marketers in India. This is a high-ownership role where you'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving our e-commerce and quick-commerce training modules. You will work closely with industry experts, students, and coaches to create cutting-edge, practical, and engaging learning experiences that prepare professionals to thrive in the industry.

Requirements
Success Metrics

1. Placement Percentage Rate (Primary Metric)

  • Develop a curriculum grounded in best practices, case studies, and real-world tactics from India's e-commerce and quick-commerce space.
  • Ensure students work on hands-on projects replicating the responsibilities of e-commerce managers — including building landing pages, managing listings, running ads, and more.
  • Use placement data and analytics to refine content and improve hiring outcomes.

2. Student NPS (Happiness & Engagement)

  • Create interactive and engaging learning experiences using case studies, challenges, memes, GIFs, polls, and gamified tools like Kahoot.
  • Keep student energy and motivation high during live online sessions.
  • Maintain strong engagement and ensure learners enjoy the process while gaining practical skills.

3. Predictive Validity of Assessments

  • Design interviews, presentations, and assessments that mirror real-world evaluation criteria.
  • Continuously refine these tools to ensure top-performing students succeed in actual placements.
  • Use data-driven insights to strengthen the link between internal performance and career outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Training (≈80% of your time)

  • Content Development: Build frameworks, case studies, and modules by leveraging your expertise and insights from top e-commerce and digital experts.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct interactive live sessions for individuals and groups on core e-commerce topics, mentoring students to excel as digital marketers.
  • Coaching Support: Collaborate with external coaches to ensure consistently high-quality training delivery.
  • Program Design: Analyze student outcomes, recruiter feedback, and engagement data to design challenging yet fulfilling learning experiences.

Other Responsibilities (≈20% of your time)

  • Consulting: Support student-led projects with partner brands, ensuring campaigns deliver real impact while students gain practical exposure.
  • Innovation: Experiment with new tools, platforms, and formats to evolve training modules and build new propositions as the program scales.
Expected Outcomes by Milestones

Month 1

  • Understand the training philosophy, standards, and pedagogy.
  • Co-facilitate live training sessions.
  • Speak with industry experts to gather best practices.
  • Join a student-facing project in a supporting role.

Month 2

  • Independently lead small-group e-commerce sessions.
  • Deliver your first live session as the primary trainer.
  • Roll out your first revamped or newly designed training module.
  • Mentor 1–2 external coaches to enhance delivery quality.

Month 3 and Beyond

  • Take full ownership of all e-commerce and quick-commerce modules.
  • Independently lead consulting projects with real brands.
  • Drive innovation in training design with new formats, tools, and data-led experiments.

  • 4–8 years of experience driving growth for brands on e-commerce/D2C platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) through paid ads.
  • Structured, data-driven, and user-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with quick-commerce platforms like BlinkIt or Zepto.
  • Exposure to inventory forecasting, planning, and category-level P&L management.
