**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled E-commerce and IT Specialist to manage our company's web development, e-commerce platform, and IT operations. This role requires expertise in web development, e-commerce management, and a strong understanding of machinery and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain our company's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and security.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features, updates, and enhancements to the website.
- Monitor website performance, analyse traffic metrics, and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and conversion rates.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees regarding IT issues, including hardware and software installations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for business improvement.
- Train and support staff on using e-commerce tools and IT systems effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6 months to 1 years) in web development, e-commerce management, and IT support.
- Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with database management, server administration, and cloud computing services.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
