Job Description

The Successful Applicant


Education: Tier 1 MBA from a recognized institution is a must-have for this role.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience, with a strong background in top consulting firms, demonstrating a track record of strategic thinking and execution.
Fintech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fintech landscape, market trends, and regulatory considerations in the Indian market.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
