About the role
We are looking for a dynamic go-getter who will work very closely with the Founders on different projects across businesses within 32ND.
This role involves shadowing the founders in the everyday management of their schedules along with prioritising of engagements and activities.
This exciting role requires exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, superior organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, and professionalism in dealing with internal and external stake holders is vital to the position.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing high impact projects directly supporting the Founders
- Evaluating business opportunities, deal structuring, contract negotiations after calibration with Leadership Team
- Coordinating with the top-level leadership for tracking the progress on the current focus areas/processes
- Planning and strategizing the daily tasks/engagements/meetings for the senior management
- Understanding the priorities as per the current business goals and act as a placeholder for the senior management
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Providing administrative support to the Leadership Team for managing schedules, appointments, information and communication
- Undertaking special assignments with established objectives and deliverables to be solved in a given time frame
What You Bring To The Table
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the role of a Chief of Staff or a similar position to the Founders or senior management preferably at a fast-paced start-up
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a pertinent field
- Outstanding organizational, stakeholder management and time management skills
