Key Responsibilities:
Oversea Company's incorporation and HR compliances
Follow-up & motivate sales team to achieve revenue targets within his assigned territory,
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
Leading the Engineering team and make sure the projects & supply of items are on time as per the customer's requirement.
Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
Negotiating with the suppliers if required and monitoring the accounts and auditing.
Meeting major manufacturing industries of wood, paper, cement, steel and oil & gas,
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, reports, and forecasts as required.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay updated on market developments.
Oversee logistics & follow-up with forwarders if required
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in Engineering service/manufacturing industries or a related field, with a strong understanding of machines of various industries.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Proficiency in Windows applications and other relevant software tools.
Experience Level:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Science/Engineering or business with strong accademics
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Engineering/Executive role,
Minimum of 10-20 years of Management experience in Engineering companies
Additional Requirements:
Strong Management skills with a proven track record of leading a team of Engineers.
Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving market.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use Windows applications and other relevant software effectively.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on new products and industry developments.
