Executive - Operations - Container Freight Station - Vallur

Manage and oversee gate entry and exit processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Handle and process all documentation related to container movements and transactions. Operate and monitor the weighbridge, ensuring accurate measurements and data recording. Maintain error-free system entries and timely reporting of all operational activities. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, providing proactive support and updates. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably in the logistics industry. Strong knowledge of container freight station operations, including gate procedures and documentation processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for data management and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve operational challenges. Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic operational setting. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
