Job Title : Founding BDR (Business Development Representative) Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid Experience: 2–5 years in Saa S / Enterprise BDR or SDR roles Type: Full-time | Founding Team | Equity + Compensation About Us At Decision X AI , we’re building the Operating System for Enterprise Decisions — a self-learning, goal-aware platform powered by Decision AI Agents that help leaders move from Goals → Plans → Actions → Insights → Evolution. As a Founding BDR , you’ll be the first line of offense in our GTM journey — identifying opportunities, opening doors, and shaping the foundation of how Decision X reaches the market. What you will Do ? Own top-of-funnel growth : research, identify, and engage target accounts across enterprise and mid-market segments. Outbound with creativity : use Linked In, email, calls, and content to break through noise and start meaningful conversations. Qualify opportunities and set up high-quality meetings for Founding AEs and leadership. Build and refine ICP lists, outreach sequences, and messaging playbooks in collaboration with marketing and sales. Capture and relay market feedback to product and GTM teams, influencing roadmap and strategy. Help define the BDR playbook from scratch — tools, cadences, metrics, and culture. What we are looking for ?2–5 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles at a Saa S, AI, or enterprise tech company. Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets. Strong research skills: ability to map accounts, spot signals, and personalize outreach. Excellent written + verbal communication; confident in engaging senior stakeholders (VP, Cx O levels). Bonus: Exposure to AI, analytics, or enterprise Saa S sales cycles. Builder mindset: thrives in ambiguity, creative in approach, and motivated by 0→1 challenges. Why Join Us ?
