Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Design, monitor and maintain global master data governance frameworks and lifecycle guidelines in collaboration with Master Data Partners, balancing standardization with localized flexibility. Support Master Data Partners by establishing policy guardrails and scalable governance models that enable fast, decentralized decision-making without compromising control. Embed compliance requirements such as JSOX and GxP into MDM processes by creating templates, automating control mechanisms, and coordinating audit readiness activities. Align intake models, lifecycle stages, and cross-domain processes to promote standardized, scalable, and efficient master data operations. Guide Master Data Partners in aligning requests with enterprise standards and ensuring consistency across MDG, Ariba, Concur, and other connected systems. Develop and maintain reusable, self-service assets such as documentation, knowledge portals, and standardized capability building blocks. Govern global onboarding, maintenance, and inactivation processes while supporting resolution of data gaps and system integration challenges. Deploy and operationalize new policy guidelines within Agile settings, ensuring governance remains synchronized with delivery cycles. Build Agile literacy by co-developing onboarding materials and training content for Value Teams and supporting their integration into MDM processes in collaboration with Master Data Partners. Manage day-to-day MDM operations by coordinating BPO activities, responding to shifting Agile priorities, and serving as an escalation point during sprints and releases in collaboration with the Master Data Service Delivery Manager. Requirements Required Qualifications: 5+ years in data governance or policy design roles Strong experience in master data standards, policy lifecycle, and compliance monitoring Familiarity with SAP MDG, Ariba, Concur, and Agile operating models Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Information Technology, or Business Administration. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certified Application Associate (e.g., MDG, Ariba) 1-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
