Job Description Teamware Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our critical enterprise data. This position involves working with various data domains, implementing MDM processes, and contributing to data governance initiatives to support reliable business operations and insights. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis & Profiling: Conduct thorough data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for data standardization. - MDM Process Execution: Execute established MDM processes for data creation, updates, validation, and syndication across various business systems. - Data Cleansing & Standardization: Participate in data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment activities to ensure high-quality master data. - Data Governance Support: Support data governance frameworks by adhering to data definitions, quality rules, and security policies for master data domains. - System Integration Support: Collaborate with IT and application teams to ensure seamless integration of master data across different platforms and applications. - Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve master data-related issues, working with business users and technical teams to implement corrective actions. - Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of master data definitions, business rules, processes, and data flows. - Reporting: Generate reports on master data quality, progress of MDM initiatives, and compliance with data governance standards. - Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in MDM processes and tools, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and data quality. - Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams regarding master data issues, updates, and requirements. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, principles, and best practices. - Experience with data analysis, data profiling, and data quality tools. - Proficiency in data cleansing, standardization, and validation techniques. - Familiarity with various data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor, material). - Ability to work with databases and understand data models. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to follow established processes and contribute to process improvements. - Basic understanding of data governance principles.
