About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support European companies across various industries — including manufacturing and transportation — by managing and overseeing the recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the recruitment team in India to deliver workforce solutions for European clients.
- Manage recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful candidate placements.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Build lasting partnerships with high-profile clients and implement effective internal processes.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and maintain daily communication with the parent company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment within multinational companies, with a deep understanding of cross-cultural recruitment practices.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in team leadership or management within recruitment or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Indian labour market.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level (based on European language standard).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, candidates and your team.
- Experience in recruiting for abroad is an advantage.
