About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Business Development / Account Generation to manage and mentor a team of business development executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BD / AG executives to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Drive lead generation through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Oversee appointment setting, client meetings, and pitch presentations for your team.
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs and metrics; provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM and sales data with high accuracy and ensure timely updates on opportunities and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and performance reviews for team development.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Generation, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating high-quality leads.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and optimize processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or recruitment outsourcing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies, appointment setting, and outbound sales techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
