Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack solutions, including web applications and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
  • Manage and mentor development teams , providing guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), Java (Spring Boot), and mobile app development technologies (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Native).
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • Oversee the implementation of frontend, backend, and mobile app components, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Ensure high-quality code through rigorous code reviews , unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Optimize performance across the stack, focusing on frontend responsiveness, backend efficiency, and mobile app performance.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project management and delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations and improvements.
  • Manage client communications , ensuring technical solutions align with business needs and addressing any issues or changes promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , from requirement gathering through deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience :
  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development , with strong expertise in frontend, backend, and mobile technologies.
  • Proven experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Java Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.).
  • Experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android using Flutter , React Native , Swift , and/or Native technologies.
  • Experience in leading development teams , providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect scalable and maintainable solutions .
  • Client management experience , including leading technical discussions and aligning solutions to business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Strong experience with API design and development , ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies , both SQL and NoSQL, including performance tuning and optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and best practices for deployment and scaling.

Skills:

  • Expertise in frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Java Spring Boot, Node.js).
  • Strong experience in mobile app development using Flutter , React Native , Swift , and Native technologies.
  • Technical leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement full-stack solutions that are scalable, secure, and performant.
  • Proficiency in API design , database integration , and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies , including leading sprints and managing project workflows.
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and tuning for both web and mobile applications.
