  • Development: Participate in coding, testing, and debugging Vision Plus modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Vision Plus with other systems, managing data flows and interfaces.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system designs, development processes, and configurations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and perform thorough code reviews.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 Years of Relevant Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Vision Plus developer or technical lead with in-depth knowledge of Vision Plus modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, ITS, LTS).
  • Strong experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and mainframe technologies.
  • Experience with DB2, VSAM, and TSO/ISPF.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in batch processing, job scheduling, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of middleware technologies such as IBM MQ and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and mentor junior developers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Work Environment:

  • This position requires to work from dedicated delivery center, Occasional on-call support and the ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
  • Collaboration with global teams may be necessary, requiring strong communication and coordination skills.
