Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Operation & Projects Railway based in Noida. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of railway projects, ensuring that operations are efficient and effective. Day-to-day tasks include supervising project teams, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes.
Experience: Min 7 Years.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Program Management skills
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Noida
- Proven experience in railway or related projects is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
