This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovative technologies, a strong engineering background, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Leadership:Develop and execute the company’s technological vision and strategy.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

2. Product Development:Oversee the entire product development process from conceptualization to commercialization.Ensure products meet market requirements, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.

3. Innovation and R&D:Lead research and development initiatives to create cutting-edge solutions for the existing and new products.Foster a culture of innovation within the technology and engineering teams.In-depth knowledge of DFMEA, DFA, DFM, and DFS concepts and their application in product development.

4. Quality Assurance:Implement robust quality control processes and systems to ensure product reliability and performance.Address any technical issues promptly and effectively.

5. Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

6. Team Leadership and Development:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology and engineering team.Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry bodies, to enhance the company’s technological capabilities.

Qualification:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is Mandatory and Master’s Degree in a related field from a Premiere Institute is most preferred.Minimum 25 years of experience in technology and engineering roles, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role in the Automotive industry.Proven track record of driving innovation and leading successful product development initiatives.Deep understanding of Thermal technologies, automotive industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Skills:Expertise in design, development, and manufacturing.Proficiency in engineering software and tools.Strong project management and organizational skills.
