Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Senior Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software products and projects. This role involves managing product lifecycles, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery, and driving innovation in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software product development, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery Management:

● Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to define product roadmaps and priorities.

● Ensure all products meet quality, usability, and scalability standards.

● Drive innovation in product development, leveraging market research and emerging technologies.

Project Delivery Oversight:

● Plan, execute, and deliver multiple software projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

● Establish and implement best practices for project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

● Ensure seamless coordination among internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.

Team Leadership:

● Lead and mentor product and project management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

● Define performance metrics for teams and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.

● Promote continuous learning and upskilling within the teams to stay ahead of industry trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

● Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

● Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

● Collaborate with senior leadership to align product and project strategies with company objectives.

Operational Excellence:

● Establish processes and tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery performance.

● Monitor resource allocation to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.

● Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

● 10+ years of experience in product management and project delivery in the software industry.

● Proven track record of managing complex software projects and delivering successful products.

● Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.

● Experience working in a B2B environment and managing enterprise-level clients.

● Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

● Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or

Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

● Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis.

● Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar platforms.
