Are you a proactive, client-focused professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dedicated Implant Executive to be deployed at our client's location, where you'll be the vital link ensuring seamless coordination, operations, and service delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage end-to-end interview coordination – scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and logistics.
  • Work closely with client hiring managers and recruiters to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Handle stakeholder management – maintaining professional relationships with client POCs, hiring managers, and HR teams.
  • Oversee vendor coordination, ensuring timely sourcing, onboarding, and compliance with client processes.
  • Track candidate progress across the hiring lifecycle and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Maintain detailed trackers, MIS reports, and status updates for internal and client reporting.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the process and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
  • Ensure adherence to client guidelines, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular updates to internal leadership and participate in review meetings.

Who you are:
A skilled communicator with 5-6  years of client-facing or coordination experience.
Comfortable working independently at a client site. Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and independently under tight timelines
Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting .Experience with ATS or recruitment CRMs is a plus.
Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
