Recruitment Coordinator- Operator

The Owner-Operator Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified owner-operators to join our fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in transportation recruitment.
Proactively source and recruit qualified owner-operators through online platforms, cold calls, job boards, social media, and industry events
Screen candidates to ensure compliance with DOT and company standards
Work closely with operations to understand current capacity needs and hiring targets
Maintain accurate records and track KPIs related to recruitment
2+ years of experience recruiting in the trucking or logistics industry
~ Strong understanding of owner-operator requirements, DOT regulations, and onboarding processes
~ Familiarity with recruiting tools, CRM systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
