Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager for Sarabha Group. The projects are located in Ajmer. However, the Head Office is located in Jaipur. The successful candidate will oversee marketing and sales for our upcoming 2 projects and ongoing 3 projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, leading a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth to enhance our market presence. This role is crucial for achieving our sales objectives and expanding our market footprint.
Our ideal Candidate understands the importance of their role and demonstrates the passion and activeness required to successfully fill this role. We are looking for someone ambitious as our company is growing.
The candidate can report to the head office in Jaipur. However, there will be frequent commutes to Ajmer. An Ideal candidate would be able to relocate to Ajmer if they already do not belong to the city.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years, Ideally 5+ of experience in real estate sales with a prominent firm
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Relevant certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
