Our AI makes Ready-to-use Social media posts down to the Images, Carousel, and Videos from 1-liner text input, or a Shopify/E-Com product.We are used by >100,000 users every month with the bulk of our customers being global. We are Angel-funded (by one of the most respected VCs in India).What You'll Be DoingEngage with customers, understand their needs, advise them, and solve their problems.Research, Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.Answering pre-sales questions of potential customers, following up with them, and helping in onboarding.Record Cancellation Reasons for Customers & work with the business teams and product teams to find solutions to take proactive steps to reduce churn.Work with the product management team to continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback including issues raised & new feature requests.QualificationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working in customer service or related fieldsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 1 years of experience in a night shift customer support role
