**Job Description**:
We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our Health, Motor, and Life Insurance verticals. The

role involves reaching out to interested leads and advising them on suitable insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound calling to potential customers interested in insurance products
- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance options
- Ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective communication

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence)
- Clear grammar and pronunciation (English)
- Sales acumen and a customer-focused attitude

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Insurance background preferred

**Salary**:

- Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC in hand 21500.
- Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)

Shift Details:

- 6 days working with rotational shifts
- Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)
- Males: Full rotational shift

Interview Process:
1. HR Round

2. Versant Level 6 (Certified)

3. Operations Round

4. Client Round

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
