What will you do?
Own and drive new content formats to multiply engagement rates Drive creative, clutter-breaking properties in personal finance / investing across Youtube, X, Instagram, Own content strategy, calendar and implementation across all social platforms to multiply followers / subscribers and engagement
Stay on top of latest market
/ industry data releases and news for on-brand infographics and other content pieces. Keep up with the meme culture to create on-brand meme content Oversee content adaptation across platforms Analyze and report social media metrics to give data-backed inputs to the team. Essential Skills:
All-round understanding of personal finance, stock markets, MF industry. Should personally be an investor. Experience in hosting / presenting videos, podcasts on personal finance would be preferred 6+ years experience of leading social media content team for a reputed brand, preferably in the FinTech space Ability to create and own new content formats for higher engagement and virality. Creative copywriting experience across social media content and advertising A keen eye for data-driven insights to guide content creation.
