This is a full-time on-site E-commerce Advertising and Marketplace Manager role located in Chandigarh. You oversee the creation and implementation of brand strategies on a global scale. Responsibilities include managing brand consistency, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing marketing materials You will be monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels These include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance Reconciliation of premium Marketplace listings Develop cost center budgets for all phases of marketplace E-commerce Develop annual marketing calendars, plan the media spend, and work with internal teams to prepare all marketing deliverables Shortlist, approach and negotiate with influencers to collaborate with the brand and monitor the performance, in turn coming up with list of influencers to collaborate with in the future Experience in Brand Strategy, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors Skilled in Project Management, Campaign Development, and Cross-functional Team Collaboration Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Experience in global or international brand management is a plus
