About Us:
Decode Advertisings is a dynamic and innovative company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us maintain a strong online presence, engage with our Client's audience, and drive brand awareness and growth for the Client.

Job Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain a positive online presence, engage with our audience, and increase brand recognition.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve the company's marketing and branding goals.
- Plan and create content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

2. Content Creation:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including text, image, and video, that aligns with our brand identity.
- Write and edit compelling and shareable copy for posts.

3. Community Management:

- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with our audience.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Generate regular reports to demonstrate the impact of social media efforts on brand awareness and growth.

5. Social Advertising:

- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting strategies.

6. Stay Updated:

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinking is a must and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
