- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and select appropriate platforms for engagement.
2. **Content Creation and Curation**
- Create compelling and shareable content (text, images, videos) tailored for each social media platform.
- Curate relevant content from other sources to engage followers and complement original posts.
3. **Social Media Management**
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain a strong online presence.
4. **Community Engagement**
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
- Foster a sense of community by encouraging discussions, responding to feedback, and addressing concerns.
5. **Social Media Advertising**
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired outcomes, such as increased traffic, leads, or sales.
6. **Influencer Collaboration**
- Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
- Manage relationships with influencers and track the impact of influencer campaigns.
7. **Analytics and Reporting**
- Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance using tools like Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and third-party tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
8. **Trend Monitoring and Adaptation**
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Adapt strategies to leverage new features, trends, and algorithms on social media platforms.
9. **Brand Consistency**
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Develop and adhere to brand guidelines for social media content.
10. **Crisis Management**
- Manage and mitigate potential crises or negative situations on social media.
- Develop and implement a crisis communication plan to protect the brand's reputation.
11. **Collaboration and Communication**
- Communicate social media plans, progress, and results to stakeholders.
12. **Audience Growth and Engagement**
- Develop strategies to grow the brand’s follower base across social media platforms.
- Use contests, giveaways, and interactive content to boost engagement and reach.
13. **Competitor Analysis**
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities to differentiate and improve.
- Use insights from competitor analysis to refine social media strategies.
14. **Budget Management**
- Manage the budget allocated for social media activities, including paid campaigns and content creation.
- Optimize spending to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
