We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our clients' social media success.Summary:We're looking for a social media professional to drive strategy and execution for our clients. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing client social media mood boards and calendars.Responsibilities:- Work along side content creators, graphic designers and photographers.- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.- Contribute in content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Tik Tok.- Analyze social media trends and data to optimize campaign performance.- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and marketing objectives.- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.- Apart from this you will also be managing their Meta leads, GMB pages etc.Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, and paid social advertising.- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.- Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics platforms.- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.- Experience with influencer collaborations and community management is a plus.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital marketing agency.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Professional development and training opportunities.- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work options.How to Apply:If you're a social media expert looking for an exciting opportunity, we’d love to hear from you Submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:- Day shift- Morning shift- Rotational shift
