About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to lead our social media presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Work with influencers and partners to grow brand reach and credibility.
  • Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to create and manage content calendars and campaigns.
  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of basic design (Canva/Adobe Suite) and video editing is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Background in influencer marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO as it relates to social media.
  • Crisis communication and brand reputation management.
