**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and approach potential clients in the printing and advertising industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales Visits**:

- Visit potential and existing clients to present our products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends and client needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the printing and advertising industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
