Role & responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Identify manpower requirements in coordination with operations and client sites.
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and campus drives.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and skill assessments for industrial/technical roles.
- Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and background verification.
- Maintain a strong database of skilled/unskilled manpower for quick deployment.
B. Industrial Requitement / Integrated Facility Management
- Manage day-to-day facility services including housekeeping, security, technical staff, and utility operations.
- Manage day-to-day Industrial services including ITI trade holder Welder / Machinist / CNC / VMC / Quality / Helper / Picker- Packer and Unskilled / Semi Skilled and Skilled staff and etc...
- Deploy and monitor manpower as per client site requirements.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (ESI, PF, labour laws).
- Conduct site audits, prepare reports, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, equipment, and services.
- Handle client communication and resolve escalations effectively.
C. Employee Engagement & Administration
- Address employee grievances and coordinate with HR for resolution.
- Conduct training and induction sessions for new hires.
- Track attendance, shift scheduling, and overtime management.
- Assist in payroll inputs related to manpower deployed at sites.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of industrial recruitment processes.
- Understanding of facility management operations in industrial/plant setup.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance, labour laws, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/FMS software (preferred).
4. Qualification & Experience
- Under Graduate / Graduate / Industrial Relations (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial recruitment and/or facility management.
- Exposure to manufacturing/industrial site operations will be an added advantage.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Recruitment TAT (Time to Hire).
- Manpower availability vs. requirement gap.
- Client satisfaction score for IFMS & Industrial services.
- Compliance adherence (100% statutory compliance).
