About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, process automation, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with solution-oriented thinking to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce implementations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze user stories and design scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Implement Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Create technical design documents (TDDs) and functional design documents (FDDs) for complex requirements.
  • Build and customize Reports, Dashboards, and data management solutions using Data Loader and Workbench.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support agile development cycles by delivering user stories, tasks, and enhancements per sprint.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
  • Work on AppExchange solutions, including implementation of Advendio (Salesforce-powered ad management platform).
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL.
  • Proven knowledge of process automation tools – Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills.
  • Experience with AppExchange applications such as Advendio.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II (preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / App Builder (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of solution design, best practices, and performance tuning.
