Role & responsibilities

  1. Resolve application issues and service tickets within defined TAT.
  2. Perform bulk data updates.
  3. Manage user and account creation jobs.
  4. Generate, modify, and maintain Salesforce reports.

  5. Execute configuration changes including:

  6. Product, area, branch, and pin code creation

  7. Page layout modifications

  8. Placeholder setup based on business needs

  9. Analyze and review application code; escalate fixes to development teams.

  10. Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with teams for resolution.
  11. Handle end-to-end configuration for new product onboarding and disbursement.
  12. Conduct internal testing of new configurations before QA.
  13. Present new configurations during CAB meetings for production approval.
  14. Write and execute SOQL queries for data extraction.
  15. Perform post-deployment sanity checks in production.
  16. Monitor API calls during deployments for performance/stability.
  17. Weekly meeting with Dev team and business users to be managed by L2
  18. Should be Salesforce certified with at least 2 years working experience in SFDC tool.
