Duties and Responsibilities:Portfolio Management for Bank’s Domestic / NRI CustomersEngage with assigned portfolio of Bank customers for service and deepening relationshipCustomer interactions to be duly updated in Bank system for audit trail and reference to future interactionsDeepening of customer portfolio level benchmarksManage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accountsEnhancing customer wallet sizeProfiling Customer to increase wallet share – Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make Yes Bank as primary relationshipEnsuring customer scoping being done with need based products suggested as hooks for deepening relationship Ensuring that customer scope is done and products targeted accordinglyService to Sales approach established for deepening relationship with family members and associates which have been grouped togetherAcquisition of New To Bank CustomersTo acquire new to bank customers from leads generated through marketing channel and various campaignsReferrals generated from existing customersPenetration of products across family groupsCustomer Query and Complaint resolution:Ensure query resolution of the customers by coordinating with service and operations teamResolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TAT’sFulfilment of other objectives:To actively participate and contribute in fulfilment of other time bound objectives that department or organisation may initiate from time to time.

Competencies / Skill set required:Verbal and written communication skill / listening skills.Customer service orientationInterpersonal EffectivenessAbility to work accurately, under high pressure within fixed and short timeframesResult and quality orientedResilience / PersuasivenessNegotiation / Conviction skillsHigh energy level and Self motivation

Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate Significant experience in a sales department with a good sensibility regarding customer acquisition and portfolio managementAbility to negotiate, convince clients and increase clients accountsFeel at ease with numbers and MS Excel and generally very comfortable with ITProven track record in sales

Qualification and Experience RequiredQualifications:Minimum Graduate or equivalent degreeExcellent flair of English LanguageExperience :1 to 5 years of experience in sales & / or relationship role( Preferable)Fresher’s with excellent communication skill can be considered
