Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the Virtual RM team, ensuring the delivery of excellent client advisory and servicing

through digital channels.

 Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and retention using

virtual platforms.

 Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of financial products,

including equity, mutual funds, insurance, and more.

 Collaborate with product teams to ensure the Virtual RM Desk is equipped with relevant training and

tools to offer a wide range of investment and wealth management solutions.

 Monitor performance metrics, setting and achieving targets related to client acquisition, client

servicing, and revenue generation.

 Develop digital solutions and tools to enhance virtual client interactions, improving the overall client

experience.

 Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across all client interactions and advisory

services.

 Utilize data analytics to optimize the virtual RM model and refine client segmentation strategies.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and affluent clients

through effective digital communication channels.

 Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the virtual

RM desk.

Qualifications:

 10+ years of experience in wealth management, client advisory, or relationship management, with at

least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

 Proven experience managing virtual or remote relationship management teams.

 Strong understanding of financial products, including equity, mutual funds, insurance, and structured

products.

 Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing high-

performing teams.

 Strong client-centric mindset with the ability to deliver personalized services through digital channels.

 Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management in financial

advisory services.

 Proficiency in using CRM systems, virtual communication tools, and digital platforms to manage client

relationships.

 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, business, or related field. Certifications such as CFP or NISM

are a plus.
