Responsibilities include managing daily customer service operations, supervising and supporting the team, monitoring and improving customer satisfaction, resolving escalated customer issues, and developing and maintaining service standards. The role also involves identifying process improvement opportunities and training team members to enhance their performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience in Customer Service Management and managing support teams Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate a team Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective resolutions Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
