We are seeking a dynamic and results driven sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals in alignment with the company's objectives.

Role: IT Sales / Senior IT Sales
Location: Delhi/NCR(Hybrid)
Availability: Immediate to 15 Days
Experience: 4 to 6 years
CTC: As per the industry standards
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels through cold calling the potential clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes and contracts in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, ensuring accuracy and alignments with client requirements.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, opportunities and sales activities using CRM software and providing regular updates to the management team.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts, addressing any objections or concerns to facilitate the closing of sales deals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
Collaborations: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales and technical support to drive integrated sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any related field (Preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales preferably within the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently , prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Should be self motivated, ambitious and must have a goal oriented mindset.
