This position is for a Restaurant Manager. We are looking for someone who has a great experience working in a fine dine and also a casual dining restaurant. We would prefer someone who is based out of Mumbai for this role. Our brand new restaurant is located in BKC One in the Bank Of America building. Its a casual dine with 65 cover and a APC of around 3000 per person. It features a Global Cuisine and will open soon.


Salary Budget - 70k-1.25 lakh per month + Service charge


Jobs and Responsibilities :


1.Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control.

2.Customer Service : Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints promptly.

3.Staff Management : Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

4.Financial Management : Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and achieve sales targets; oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations.

5.Quality Control : Maintain quality standards for food, service, and hygiene; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

6.Marketing and Promotions : Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.

7.Supplier Management : Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and inventory management.

8.Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales, costs, and staff performance for senior management review.


Qualifications


1.Education : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role in a restaurant or hospitality industry.

3.Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities.

4.Customer Service : Excellent customer service and communication skills.

5.Financial Acumen : Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

6.Operational Expertise : Experience in restaurant operations, including inventory management and supplier coordination.

7.Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
