About the Role:
As a Manager/Senior Manager – Business Development , you will lead sales and business development efforts for medical communication services. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong global network, and the ability to drive revenue growth by building and maintaining long-term relationships with top-tier pharmaceutical companies.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with global pharma and biotech clients
Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Represent the company at international conferences and client meetings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in medical communications or life sciences
Proven success in generating revenue and building relationships with global pharmaceutical companies
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Willingness to travel internationally
