Unit Manager - IT / Senior Unit Manager - IT
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities- Work as part of IT Compliance team for one of the largest NBFC - BFL.
- Jointly own, execute, and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the IT Compliance unit under the guidance of the National Head.
- Jointly execute & manage compliance reviews in the areas of IT General Controls, mainly comprising of Application Controls (Technical & Functional).
- Jointly execute and manage infra compliance areas covering domains such as server, endpoint, network, and information security.
- Jointly execute & manage application compliance reviews independently in the areas of IT controls, mainly comprising of:
- Application User Management
- Application Change Management
- Application Security
- Data Security (PII data controls, data handling controls, etc.)
- Work jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience (CAs/Engineers/MBAs).
- Candidate needs to have a sound academic background along with agility to adapt to new changes and implement state-of-the-art review processes.
Soft Skills- Demonstrate work execution skills to handle day-to-day review, tracking, closure, and reporting.
- Develop rapport with IT teams to add value through audit recommendations.
- Work with Technical & other teams and constantly challenge the status quo for bringing value addition.
Required Qualifications and Experience- BE/B.Tech/CA/CISA/MBA with 2-7 years of experience in a similar role. Aspiring for CISA/CISSP or similar qualification, or completed MBA is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a Compliance function conducting IT reviews.
- Good academic knowledge of relevant domains and ability to stay up to date with latest technologies.
- Motivated, self-starter, agile, quick learner, with good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
