About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closures, with the ability to mentor junior team members and drive end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
  • Lead outreach activities (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, AI-driven prospecting).
  • Conduct market research to target the right industries and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • Track sales metrics, maintain CRM data, and report on progress regularly.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in IT services sales / B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of sales pipelines, outreach methods, and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, AI-based prospecting, and lead research platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹41,991.53 per month
