Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technology sales, with a focus on utilizing CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving business development goals.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and establish new client relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and report on performance metrics.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing technical features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in customer service roles that emphasize relationship management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business development efforts is beneficial.
