Country Sales Manager – India 

The Country Sales Manager is responsible for selling A10 products and support services to enterprise and service provider sectors in India and nearby countries. This role will also coach and manage a small team of Sales Managers. You will need to maintain good contact with resellers, develop effective partners and build relationships and effective communication at all levels with customers. This person must understand customers' business requirements and sell A10 solution value and services using technical knowledge to deliver results on schedule. This sales position is based on specialized knowledge with depth and breadth of A10's award-winning product lines. This person will handle large, complex, high-visibility accounts and channel partners within this region. 

What You’ll be Doing:

Be an ambassador for A10 Networks in the region and manage a team of sales manager Identify and qualify business opportunities within Enterprise/SME and Service Provider markets with or without partners  Negotiation, coordination and business decisions to close deal  Accurate and precise forecast management Develop and present professional sales presentations, control project progress at each stage, make constant sales calls and follow up with any potential leads, work with partners aggressively to close deals and finalize contracts, meet/exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. Provide effective communication of A10's technology value propositions and solutions  Deep knowledge and experience with structured creation of “Account Planning” and successful execution Interface with resellers/distributors/channels to become an extended A10 sales force  Determine market strategies and business goals for A10 product lines and services  Manage forecast reports as well as short-term/long-term business plans in an effective manner  Maintain constant internal communications with Sales Engineering team and outside staff of resellers and customers  Turn in business forecast pipeline regularly and review with regional directors on a regular basis  Grow the business and deliver results to meet/exceed assigned target 

What We Need to See:

20+ overall years of demonstrated ability in a sophisticated Sales or Partner leadership environment, with a strong technology and eye for business. Minimum 10+year sales experience preferably within Internet/networking and/or IT Security market  Good written and oral communication, both in Indian and English including formal presentation skills  Must be new business focused and possess the ability to work with channel partners to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities whilst managing and identifying new projects within existing accounts  Must be able to work under pressure with limited resources and be results driven Self-starter with ability to work alone for long periods with extensive travel mainly within India, and occasionally abroad.  Confident speaker with good industry knowledge and good communication skills. 
Ability to determine customer buying cycles and to forecast accurately  Team player experienced in getting results from partnerships both internally and externally.
