Job Description :


1. Should have 8-10 relevant experience working as JIRA Admin


2. Should have worked on Enterprise level JIRA


3. Able to onboard new Users with providing appropriate access rights or revoking access of current users


4. Able to setup new projects on JIRA and spaces on Confluence


5. Train new Users on JIRA and Confluence


6. Should have prior experience of Cloud-to-Cloud migration (Instance Level)


7. Help implement new workflows, schemes etc.


8. Should be able to find, suggest, implement/integrate new plugins as per specific need


9. Able to work on creating Global level/ Project level automation rules


10. Should be a team player


11.should have worked on complex customizations, automations


12. should have groovy scripting experience


13. should have worked on POCs related to JIRA Adoption, customizations for large scale enterprise client.


14. should be good at handling end user's escalations, ensure timely resolution on tickets


Must Have :

1. JIRA related Certification
