Job Description-


Position Summary:


We're looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to oversee and manage our Amazon operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our Amazon presence to maximize sales and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketplace Management:

 - Manage all aspects of our Amazon seller account, including listing creation and optimization.

 - Develop and implement strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

 - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, CTR, ACOS and Impression Share.


2. Advertising & Promotions:

 - Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

 - Develop promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other Amazon promotional tools.

 - Monitor ad spending and budget to ensure efficient use of resources.


3. Inventory & Fulfillment:

 - Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.

 - Coordinate with the supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

 - Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) operations, including shipment creation and inventory reconciliation.


4. Customer Experience:

 - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.

 - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.


5. Analysis & Reporting:

 - Conduct regular performance analysis and generate reports on sales, advertising, and inventory.

 - Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth and improvement.

 - Present findings and recommendations to senior management.


6. Compliance & Best Practices:

 - Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

 - Stay up-to-date with Amazon marketplace changes, trends, and best practices.

 - Implement and maintain industry best practices to enhance our Amazon presence.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts with a track record of driving sales growth.

- Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms and advertising platforms

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of work experience

- Experience with FBA operations.
