Summary
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition professional who is willing to work across different areas to support a very fast-growing business. The individual should be able to engage across diverse cultures. The individual should possess good knowledge of hiring, handling varied job portals, and all the activities that form a part of the talent acquisition process. The individual should be acquainted with working in the service industry, understanding / knowledge of data centers is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
MBA or equivalent must
Work experience of minimum 3+ years in full cycle recruitment across EMEA & APAC regions
Recruiting and interviewing skills.
Working knowledge of applicant screening methods
Work experience or knowledge of mission critical
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player
Experience working in global environment preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement all recruiting tasks.
Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as job portal, social media, etc.
Regularly updating job descriptions and requirements as per the business needs
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
Perform reference checks as needed.
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Collaborating with hiring managers and the management team in the process
Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
