About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their content and marketing needs are met on time and with the highest quality. You’ll manage projects, coordinate with our digital, content and creative teams, and track the performance of campaigns to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
Oversee the entire content creation process, from planning and strategy to execution and delivery.
Collaborate with clients to develop content strategies that align with their business objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of content across various formats like blogs, videos, social media, and email campaigns.
Track and report the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management, ideally in a marketing or creative agency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
Good understanding of content marketing, digital platforms, and campaign management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or other performance tracking platforms.
