Job Description: Office Administrator
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate with financial institutions, and support data management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and a keen sense of organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Computer Operations: Proficient use of office software (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks for account management, documentation, and financial transactions.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Valuation Report Preparation: Assist in compiling and formatting valuation reports based on provided data and templates.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office duties including filing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external agencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation in any field
- Strong knowledge of computers and office software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in administrative or banking coordination roles is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
