Job Description: Office Administrator

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate with financial institutions, and support data management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and a keen sense of organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Computer Operations: Proficient use of office software (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks for account management, documentation, and financial transactions.
  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain data in company systems and databases.
  • Valuation Report Preparation: Assist in compiling and formatting valuation reports based on provided data and templates.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office duties including filing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external agencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduation in any field
  • Strong knowledge of computers and office software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Prior experience in administrative or banking coordination roles is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
