Igniters For Tomorrow is a leading institute in Dehradun for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Board Exam preparation. We guide students toward the right career path while supporting parents through trust, awareness, and expert guidance.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to grow Igniters’ reach, build strategic partnerships, and generate quality leads for admissions. This is a sales-focused role with relationship-building responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Igniters’ presence.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support lead generation and coordinate with the admissions team for conversions.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance brand visibility and trust among students and parents.
Skills & Qualities Needed:
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi + English).
- Confident in building professional relationships and influencing decisions.
- Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Graduate (any discipline); 0–3 years’ experience in sales or business development preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
What We Offer:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + incentives.
- Travel allowance for official visits.
- Structured growth path: Executive → Astt. Manager → Manager → Leadership roles.
