We’re inviting highly organized, proactive, and versatile interns to join our operations and HR team to help drive our vision forward.
Location : On-site – Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Duration : 3–6 months (with the possibility of a full-time offer)
Stipend : Performance-based, up to ₹10,000 total (paid on successful completion of 3-month internship)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You should have a strong interest in operations, HR, and startup leadership . The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on responsibility, communication, and execution.
Key Areas:
Executive Assistant:
• Support the executive team in daily business routines and planning
• Prepare business documents, pitch decks, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
HR & Staff Management:
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and leave tracking
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Foster a positive team culture and coordinate with team leads
Business Operations & Compliance:
• Collaborate with CA and auditors for filings, compliance, and operations
• Maintain internal documentation and support founder with strategy tracking
Communication Hub:
• Act as liaison between the founder, team members, and external contacts
• Ensure smooth information flow across all departments
Recruitment & Client Outreach:
• Post job openings and screen candidates
• Reach out to potential clients and partners for business opportunities
Social Media & Branding:
• Manage company social profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, GitHub)
• Drive strategies for engagement and visibility
Content Creation:
• Write internal documentation, newsletters, social posts, and business content
• Collaborate with marketing team for brand storytelling
Education & Skills
Preferred degrees: BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, BA/MA , or any equivalent degree in business, management, humanities, or social sciences.
A degree is not mandatory – what matters is your ability to take ownership and deliver results.
Candidates with equivalent practical knowledge or hands-on experience in operations, HR, or startup environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
