Business Development Manager

Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for Schbang Motion Pictures, focusing on market expansion and client acquisition.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with both new and existing clients; foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders : Partner with internal teams such as Brand Solutions, Creative, and Vice Presidents to understand client needs, tailor pitches, and present Schbang Motion Pictures’ services as part of Schbang’s holistic brand solution offerings.
- Pitching and Presentations : Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing Schbang Motion Pictures' capabilities, and emphasizing the benefits of integrated services.
- Market Research and Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to position Schbang Motion Pictures as a leader in the production space. Use insights to guide business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Project Handover and Support : Ensure smooth project handovers to the production team by clearly defining client expectations and deliverables. Maintain client engagement throughout the production process to guarantee satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches tailored to different client needs.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Ability to foster relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
